Olla guyses !
It's have been a really long time tak update blog all because of  the student life ; assignments and final exam.

 However, today I wanna share with my lovely readers one of my family's recipes which always give a big smile to them whenever they bite it. This recipes usually we make it for hi-tea or minum petang gitteuw which is CEKODOK CRISPY. 

 I still remember very well when I'm staying in my hostel and my friends come over to watch K-Drama then suddenly everyone need something to bite, then that time I was thinking of this easy recipe since my housemate have an extra flour.

 So I make Cekodok for the 5 of us and my friends love it so much because it's super crispy. That time I'm the one who fried it and my friend, Ming Ern helping me out with scoop the batter into a pan. After one batch of Cekodok have been fried, we ( Me and Ming Ern) have eaten all of them since the others three were sitting in front watching K-Drama. Haha we were so cruel that time, but yet we still don't care about others and enjoy our every bite.

 So, since I love you see people happy, why not I share this easy recipe yet still delicious. What do you need for Cekodok Crispy?

 What you need :

 1. Onions
2. Potatoes 
3. Anchovies ( Ikan Bilis)
4. Flour
5. Salt
6. Hot Water ( The key of crispiness)
7. Room Temperature Water

 The steps :

 1. Diced the Onion and Potatoes.

 2. Wash the anchovies.

 3. Then put all of them in one big bowl so you can mix with the flour and water.



4. You can put the flour ( Wheat Flour).




5. After all the dry ingredients in one bowl, it is the time to put the water to make them stick into one and each other.

 6. Okay, here is the key of the crispiness, you need 1: 1 ratio of hot water and room temperature water.

 7. Mix it well and don't forget to put a pinch of salt :)



 * sorry I can't give the exact amount of the ingredients that needed to use because it's all just  "AGAK-AGAK"

 8. Then fried it in hot oil and you can enjoy it :)



9. Eat with Thai Chili Sauce lagi sedap :)

Today I'm so excited to share about seafood so here the second review about seafood at Two Sons Bistro located at Publika. I guess everyone staying in KL will know about Publika right ? but do you know about Two Sons Bistro ? If you have been here, I know it will be great experienced for you, but whoever haven't come yet, here you have #azlinexploringthefood to tell you what is the Two Sons Bistro.

Basically Two Sons Bistro, famous with their Clams or Mussels that they will be cook in different style la that served along with french fries or garlic bread. 
They also have others specialty such as big breakfast, pasta and many more. 




Their bistro is clean and their decorating also cantik and peaceful also their styles is open kitchen one. How great is that right ?







Let we check it out what I have tried !







My brother chooses clams instead of mussels and he also chooses garlic bread instead of french fries. It's turned out super good and nice. By the way, it's Butter Chili Cream Clams yeah,even my mom like it so much and it doesn't muak when you makan for many times and I think garlic bread one of the best choices because you can dip it into that sauce.  


We also tried their Aglio Oglio added with beef ham and it's quite okay to me. However, my brother doesn't like it so much because according to him, it's a bit oily, but to me it just fine because they have olive and I love olive. 


For me, I ordered Salmon and I tell you the fish is super delicious. By the way, you can see the mix vege from bottom of the fish right? that one I don't really like it because I think myself yang taktahu nak makan macam mana and it doesn't blend well in my mulut la. BUT BUT the salmon is super nice and for the first time I finished the salmon. The salmon so crispy especially their skin and moist inside. However, my brother love it so much to eat with the mix vege. Actually kan it's not mix vege but I don't know what is it so easy way to describe it, I say it mix vege la. 
Please dont bash me ah. 


This drink,of course la for my mom because she like it so much all the blended and smoothie drinks. So she tried strawberry milkshake and she super love it okehhh ! .

Alright people, i know it's been a busy week for us right ? But give a stop and read #azlinexploringthefoods at Restoran Ikan Bakar, Fort Supai that located at Kuala Linggi, Melaka. 

Yes people its SEAFOOD TIME !!


I bet most you guys mesti suka makan seafood kan ? Seafood adalah kenikmatan yang tiada tandingannya . Yes, I know people it's a fact ! 

Okay, so today I'm sharing one of my family favorite place to eat seafood that not too far and not too near. It's like in the middle because it's located at Melaka. I think Melaka people will know this place because its super famous !

My family just knew about this place because if not mistaken la kan, my mom terjumpa dalam one blog so she tempting to give a try either its good or NAY. 

In my personal opinion, this restaurant is super good in terms of cleanliness, services, friendly workers,especially that one kakak ;i like her because she is super good with explaining all the food that they serves and super friendly ! 

And this restaurant super big big one you know ; like super big and sometimes kesian tengok workers dia penat berjalan but I bet they make a good business. 


As you can see, to go to that restaurant you need to walk quite far because of that they called their restaurant "Terapung" so it's like in the middle of kelauatan. HAHA okay, I know I sound stupid but I really don't know to tell you guys how its look like. But I think you guys have high imagination kan? 


Okay almost sampai already yeah its super far from the parking lots to the restaurant. So anyone who has a grandma or grandpa who not strong enough to walk, maybe you guys can bring the wheelchair its better for them. Same goes to the baby, maybe can use the stroller or what la kan so that you as parents tak penat sangat nak dukung your cute baby. 



Yes, I know it's super big ! So basically they have two places to sit la; either inside or outside, but so far my family will choose outside because my mom and dad love fresh air. Yes, I know it looks so empty, but I said it super famous kan? but anyhow, I don't lie to you guys because this time we went on weekdays if not mistaken it was  Monday Night. 

Because they said if you guys wanna come on weekends, please make a call for reservation if not ah, you guys cannot even find the place to sit because it will be super packs and crowded. 

Okay, now let me show you guys what they have. So far whenever I go here, all their seafood is super fresh.



SEMUA JENIS IKAN YANG ADA 

SOTONG,UDANG DAN KETAM 

KERANG DAN SEJENISNYA 


Okay their style like this tau, they will come to your table to take your order, then one of you guys ( usually your mommaaa ) kena masuk inside to choose your fresh fish, squid and other seafood so that they can cook it for you order what you already order because they count all the seafood prices based on the weight.
TADAAAA JAJANG !


IKAN SIAKAP BAKAR
Their Ikan Bakar sumpah sedap nak mam ! I don't lie serious I don't lie. I love it so much because they cut the fish in the butterfly style so cooked very well for the both sides and in the same time still moist from inside and what I love about this ikan bakar it's because they have sambal on top of the fish so it's not like normal Ikan Bakar that have turmeric and salt. They also serve all the ikan bakar with sambal kicap which my dad favorite all the time. In sambal kicap they put onion, cili api , kicap and lime and it blend so well with all the ingredients.

SAMBAL KICAP


KETAM CILI 

Their sambal ketam Ya Allah Ya Ampun sedap nak gila gila sampai tergila makan ketam ni. I don't know about others, but I'm ya big fan of ketam. Their Ketam Sambal not like the typical Ketam Sambal that you put cili giling but their ketam sambal have kelainan sikit because you can taste curry sikit. So it taste like pedas pedas manis + curry . Ha something like that la anyway, I love this version of ketam sambal sebab you tak muak bila makan.  
UDANG KUNYIT
This Udang Kunyit I can't  review how it taste like because I don't eat prawn but I asked others, they said it;s super simple dish but you can taste the sweetness from the prawn itself. 
SOTONG TEPUNG
But this one I can review about it because I'm a big fan of sotong tepung ! I tell you ah this sotong tepung sumpah the best and its crispy like how I like it la ! crispy outside but still moist inside. YA ALLAH sedap gila Sotong Tepung ni. Tepung melekat dekat sotong tu and tak macam you macam kat tempat lain yang tepung lagi banyak dari sotong kan ? 


So I'm so happy to share this happiness with you guys because everyone deserves it right ? Okay just wanna inform you guys this Restoran Terapung Ikan Bakar Fort Supai open every day NO cuti for them from 5 PM to tak ada orang dah. That is what one kakak said to me HAHAH
I think they have only cuti for first day of Hari Raya yeah. 
That kakak said to me for Cuti Umum and Weekends please a call for reservation if not bye bye.

You want a good food with the best price? Please come to Warung Kita,Bangi to grab your Nasi Maggey. 


Nasi Maggey ini actually macam style nasi Kak Wok la but I don't prefer Nasi Kak Wok but I more prefer Nasi Maggey. Don't bash me ah because lain orang ada lain citarasa. 




Ha tengok harga dia, murah gila la do ! Especially students memang ni telah tempat dia an an. 

So basically kalau korang nak makan ke nak tapau ke, korang kena beratur. Dorang akan bungkus kan nasi bersama kuah dan ayam. 






Kalau korang nak mai ramai -ramai bawa satu lori pun tak ada hal sebab space dia memang besar dan selesa. And apa yang suka sekali tempat dorang bersih walaupun ramai orang sebab nnti dorang akan letak makanan dan minuman dalam dulang merah tau. So bila habis makan korang bungkus balik and letak dalam dulang tu balik. So pekerja dia akan kutip dulang and lap meja je. Nampak tak sistem dia mudah kan? Taktahu la nak cakap apa kalau benda simple ini pun tak boleh nak follow. 


To me la an, Nasi Maggey punya kuah and ayam goreng lagi berperisa dan lebih sedap. Ayam goreng dorang akan serve panas panas sumpah sedap nak mam. 
 
 
Dorang sediakan satu jenis kuah ,satu jenis ayam dan sambal belacan . Memang simple nak makan and cepat tau service dorang ! 


So hasil dia macam ni lah . Dorang akan letak dalam dulang merah ini. so korang angkutla letak atas meja .

Okay kalian, nak bercerita pasal FAMILY MART. Actually Family Mart is a Japanese Convenience Store that baru berjinak-jinak di Malaysia. Macam mana tahu pun sebab one of my friend told me and bring me to their one of branches in Malaysia which is in Mid Valley.


Family Mart sumpah the best convenience store in Malaysia so far. They provide lots of food and their Macha Ice Cream is THE BOOM !



Family Mart ini banyak la offer makanan yang mudah, simple and easy to go especially for sesiapa yang busy running time an, you come into Family Mart, you can grab anything you want within 5 to 10 minutes. Serious sebab semua benda ada dalam Family Mart.

Family Mart ini ada juga dekat KLIA 2 tapi one of my friend pergi dia kata harga lebih mahal sedikit. Tapi tak la beza sampai beringgit-ringgit so jangan risau. Mana tahu you guys nak pergi travel and nak grab something bolehlah pergi ke Family Mart KLIA 2.
